cedarkit: Major Workflow Infrastructure Upgrade

This release is a major upgrade for cedarkit. The package now provides a much more complete workflow layer around CCM/EDM analysis, including stronger project-config handling, richer core data objects, improved routing and output organization, runner scripts for grouped execution and parquet packaging, object-grid aggregation, and reusable visualization components. Overall, this version makes the package more coherent as the infrastructure behind large parameter-sweep and post-processing workflows.
