The star history chart was broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Point the chart to our new star-history.dera.page service, which requires no API token, and switch the chart endpoint to /svg.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken because the old service relies on the GitHub stargazer API, which has become restricted. This change swaps the chart to star-history.dera.page, which uses an alternative data source that needs no API token, and switches the chart endpoint to /svg so the chart renders correctly again.
