Every section of the master plan went through a 3-agent pipeline:
- Devil's Advocate — Attacked every assumption, found missing data, identified contradictions, flagged unrealistic numbers
- QA Agent — Cross-checked sections for consistency, verified all corrections, ensured no gaps remained
- Final Assembly — Integrated all reviewed content into the final document with proper formatting and cross-references
- Removed Toyota Camry/Matrix/Sienna and Lexus RX from vehicle scope (no CVTs in US market for specified years)
- Revised startup budget from $40K to $144K minimum after accounting for actual monthly burn ($16,100) and tooling ($16,900)
- Corrected financing ROI from 40–71% to 28–41% after modeling realistic 8–25% default rates
- Resolved down payment contradiction ($500–$1,000 ads vs 20% financing math) with tiered structure
- Identified DMS systems (Frazer/Wayne Reaves) have no public APIs — added Airtable+Retool bridge
- Flagged salvage title + BHPH conflict — segregated clean titles for financing, salvage for cash-only
