This PR adds a new guide explaining how to safely resolve merge conflicts involving DVC metafiles (.dvc, .dir, dvc.yaml, dvc.lock).
It covers identifying conflicting files, safely merging metadata, and verifying with
dvc status,dvc pull, anddvc push.
