Probably too much code for a trivial problem
This is a XAML tool in C# running on Windows to either add or remove line breaks and commas. Options for:
- Adding quotes around each line being shrank/expanded
- Adding parentheses around the entire output
It's outdated and doesn't follow best XAML practices.
