This is #242 with a commit on top to abbreviate the changes a bit and make sure all the functional changes are in the first list.

Updated the readme to reflect functional and non-functional changes, including new properties and breaking changes in various endpoints since 2023-06.
- Remove items from non-functional changes that can be inferred, like
  updated examples for added/changed properties.
- Moved `tag` property added to `FILE` object to main changes.

This PR basically removes items from the "Non-functional Changes" (now called "Further improvements (no functional changes intended)") section. It removes items that indicate that descriptions of new properties are now present. This is implied by the fact that new properties were, in fact, added, so we don't need to mention it in the change section (at least, that's my understanding of why they were removed). A few other things moved around, but the abbreviated PR is just fine AFAIC.
