Summary

  • Add the intelligent-org exploration (what intelligent means, Shaper / DRI, Buzz vs Hypha).
  • Add the Buzz fork additions (Shapers chat, talk→work, My Work / All Work / Org).
  • Add the memory architecture note that sits next to those product briefs.

Test plan

  • Read the three docs on this branch and confirm they are the latest versions.
  • Confirm feat/signals/board-usability is unchanged.

…intelligent org design

Design doc gains the codebase-grounded risks: L1 chat ingestion as its own
project, ledger vs existing events table, deterministic pre-filter before
THINK, done-from-talk as propose-then-confirm, offer expiry, and a ranked
risk register. Feature 5 wording aligned across product and design docs.
