This Excel Spreadsheet tracks daily changes in the number of U.S. Covid-19 cases and mortality rate. The data source is the Johns Hopkins
Needs a local copy of the Johns Hopkins data repository to work. It's available at https://github.com/CSSEGISandData/2019-nCoV
Be warned that the repository morphed dramatically on 3/23. File naming conventions changed and the death data for the U.S. was altered without comment.
