This PR adds detection for missing bootloader keys, which prevents further firmware updates. It also adds a new wizard that temporarily installs https://github.com/AlCalzone/zwa2-esp-swd-debugger on the ESP32 to re-flash missing keys without requiring expensive hardware (J-Link). The user does have to open the ZWA-2 and connect two wires though.
