- fixes Unable to install Apps into HomeAssistant in devcontainer #180
- replace legacy addons folder with apps
- bump apps container version to 6
- add lowercase repository owner step in builder.yaml so workflow runs work in forks ( for bug fix or feature build tests )
Updated workspace mount path to reflect changes in Home Assistant versions.
