Move LIMS integrations under legacy namespace

Summary

• move the concrete LIMS implementations into teemi.legacy.lims
• keep teemi.lims as a deprecated compatibility namespace for existing imports
• update docs wording so teemi.build is treated as active and teemi.lims as legacy

Verification

• docs build passed locally with LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8 LANG=en_US.UTF-8 .venv/bin/python -m sphinx -W --keep-going -b html docs docs/_build/html
• base-shell import checks are limited by missing local dependencies like numpy and pytest

Notes

• this is intended as the first reorganization step, preserving backwards compatibility while clarifying module status
