Summary
This PR adds descriptions to all seven undocumented fields in the
Webhookschema inopenapi/webhooks.yaml. This PR will also address #480, sinceaccountAddresseswas already in the schema but lacked a description, which likely prevented it from being rendered. Thus, we improve rendered documentation across all webhook endpoints since they all reference the same schemaWhat changed
