Description
Breaks out the Angular UI sample for demo-ing MCP Apps in A2UI into its own app (out of orchestrator).
This allows us to reduce the need for running an additional Agent (Orchestrator) and reduce the overall sample system complexity for an easier way to grok.
The app is mostly copied over from Orchestrator as a plain chatcanvas UI.
