The test fixtures were copied as plain files, but git still tracked them as a submodule (mode 160000). Removed the submodule entry from the index and re-added all files as regular tracked files.

Rename
Tbx::Namespaces::TbxNamespacetoTbx::Namespace— the extra module nesting was unnecessary since TBX has only one namespace.
