Proposed implementation for Glide API v2

This PR proposes an implementation for Glide API v2, adding stashing for Glide Big Tables.

I created a new BigTable class, but other implementations may be preferred:

• A hierarchy of classes with a common Table type, and "Vanilla" Table and BigTable as subclasses
• Adding stashing methods in the Table class (and handling cases where those methods cannot be called)
