This updates the azure-ai-evaluation library to the latest version, which required bumping the openai version as well. I locked the promptflow-devkit version to one recent enough to include a patched version of starlette, for https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2025-62727.
I confirmed the
python ./samples/python/azure_ai_evaluation/evaluation.pysample still ran successfully with these updated versions.
