Working web email client with IMAP/SMTP, Gmail account and personal Outlook email account (work microsoft account not tested)

both gmail and outlook account requires API keys from their platform to work.
webmail has IP block on 5 failed logins ( possible edit rules in config)
you can whitelist or blacklist IP/Countries too
