Description and Notes
While reading the contributing section of the repo to understand better how to contribute to the project, I've found some errors in the document.
This PR fix some punctuation and typos I've found on the CONTRIBUTING document, also the rpc_man folder was mistakenly linked on the folder. I guess it was renamed and no one noticed this link.
I didn't find any issue related to that.
