Btw, the recoil_tof.pl script currently use my local coatjava path. Should we change it to L70 instead? Do we need to wait until coatjava PR is merged? |

yes it should be line 70. If it relies on a coatjava release, we should wait for that. |

This PR includes the implementation of geometry and digitization for the RGH recoil TOF detector.
The hitprocess function was implemented following a similar method as in ATOF.
The hipo output file from gemc will contain a new bank RECOILTOF::tdc.
