What is suboptimal now?
ethexe-cli depends on an old client implementation. ethexe-sdk provides a maintained replacement that ethexe-cli has not been migrated to.

Proposed change
Rewrite ethexe-cli to use ethexe-sdk as its client, removing the old client dependency.

Impact
Eliminates maintenance burden of two parallel client implementations. Aligns CLI behavior with the SDK.
