Allow unauthenticated installation of CernVM-FS packages and dependencies. Otherwise it generates an error on Ubuntu Noble (see galaxyproject#78).

Currently it's impossible to install Galaxy with CVMFS on Noble (which is LTS) via the officials roles, so it would be great if this could be merged! |
