Problem: MAINTAINERS.md was copied from another repo with the assumption that the 'core' team had access, but that was not the case. Only organization owners had access here. Cut back the MAINTAINERS.md list to Mark, Jim, and Sam.

Oh , you are right, security grants only read access to the core team, in contrast to this repo that didn't grant anything, and in contrast to flux-core that grants admin. I guess we can do the same thing to flux-security as we did here. |
