This release provides formal support for FOCUS 1.3. When validating FOCUS 1.3 Datasets please use 2.1.0 or newer.
All new checkfunctions needed for FOCUS 1.3 including JSON field support have been implemented.

Note: FOCUS has released the FOCUS 1.3 Requirements Model. However, further refinements are to come when Errata is published for FOCUS 1.3 and RM 1.3.0.1 is released. A 2.1.1 will come once this has been published to support 1.3.0.1.

Updates to revise the process of pulling Requirements Models from the FOCUS GitHub, this update enables the validator to find the latest FOCUS models which includes the 1.2.0.1 release to repair bugs found in the initial 1.2 release.

Note: we have identified an issue with the Requirements Model rules from FOCUS and raised the following PR: FinOps-Open-Cost-and-Usage-Spec/FOCUS_Spec#1956 Once this has been patched upstream we plan a 2.0.2 release that will understand how to pull the repaired version of the 1.2 model.

Update: 2.0.2 is out now which will use the 1.2.0.1 (or newer if one is released) Requirements Model for 1.2.
