Added an optional icon string property to the database goal entity layer and TypeScript interface definitions. Configured a generic client-side HTTP PUT utility wrapper to pass data updates to the .NET API. Integrated a responsive emoji picker modal into the Goal Manager UI to allow dynamic, instant state synchronization and database persistence upon selection.
