Add goal icon support and tests

Implemented icon support across backend and frontend.

Changes:

• Added Icon field to Goal model
• Updated frontend Goal model
• Added emoji picker integration
• Added icon persistence using PUT request
• Added GoalController GetForUser tests
• Updated GoalManager to support icon selection and display
