Added SDV 1.6 Crops and Events

Changes:

• Added Carrots, Broccoli, Summer Squash, and Powdermelon crops.
• Added Desert Festival, Trout Derby, and SquidFest events.

Notes:

• The new crop seeds cannot be purchased with gold, but since the buy tag is required I just put 0.
• The Powdermelon is a Winter crop, so it may be beneficial to add a winter checkbox to the Crop Info menu.
• The three new events are multi-day events, but the seem to show up just fine in my opinion with the current implementation.

You have edit access to my 1.6 branch, so feel free to make any changes.

@JeffreyBytes I can't add bugs on your branch, so that is why I'm writing this here. In your Festival edit, you placed the Desert Festival in summer. But it takes places over 3 days in Spring (15th, 16th, and 17th).
