Account-aware backends can now share
escalated.broadcasting.channel_prefix. Ticket, agent, chat and presence subscriptions use that namespace, leave old channels on account switches, and ignore stale socket callbacks or polling responses. Backends that omit the field retain the existing channels. Shared channel subscriptions stay connected until their last subscriber leaves.Validation: full Vitest suite 720 passed (
npm test -- --maxWorkers=2), ESLint, Prettier and page manifest checks pass. The first full run hit a 5-second page-import timeout under high local worker concurrency; the complete rerun with two workers passed without changing the timeout. Added account-switch, delayed-response and shared-subscription tests. Local Node 25; CI validates the supported Node version. This supplies the frontend contract for Laravel tenancy. The backend must still enforce tenant membership and private/presence authorization. No package release or deployment performed.
