Release 0.7.0 for #95 and #96. Version + CHANGELOG only.
Minor bump because inbound email behaves differently:
lib/escalated/mail, so every provider webhook answered 500.email_inbound_secretset, only the signed Reply-To links mail to a ticket.#96 adds a per-IP rate limit on guest tickets and replies. The new Upgrading section lists the host steps for all of this.
Registry note: this tags and releases on GitHub only. The gemspec depends on
escalated-locale ~> 0.1, which is not on RubyGems, so a pushed gem could not be installed. RubyGems stays at 0.4.0 until escalated-locale is published there.
