Status should be one of
- PUSH: data is being sent from source to NERSC
- PULL: data is being pulled from NERS to one of the centres
- HOLD: Awaiting pull from other centres or issue needs resolving
- DELETE: Can be deleted from the disk at NERSC. Move columns to the completed table once deleted
