Updated dev.workspace.browser.ext to improve GitLab issue/work-item support and refresh the launcher UI.

Release notes:

• Added support for GitLab work-item drawers so the Open button appears directly in the issue side pane.
• GitLab issue/work-item launches now detect the branch created for the item from the Activity or Development sections and use that branch URL when available.
• If no branch exists for a GitLab work item yet, the button now stays visible but disabled with a tooltip prompting the user to create a branch first.
• Fixed dynamic page behavior so existing buttons update as GitLab finishes rendering drawer and activity content instead of getting stuck on fallback URLs.
• Kept workspace launch URL generation fully Liquid-template-driven; templates continue to use repoUrl and branchName.
• Refreshed the Open button styling with the darker Eons-aligned palette, improved hover/focus states, and better contrast for accessibility.
• Updated the README examples and template-variable docs to reflect the current GitHub repo and Liquid usage.
