Issue: E2E dashboard page not loading at /test-dashboard/

Fix Plan:

• Investigate dashboard routing configuration
• Verify dashboard component registration and build artifacts
• Create/fix dashboard component if needed
• Add E2E test to verify dashboard loads and renders correctly
• Update documentation with dashboard test integration
