Setup dnsmasq and configure it for ".dev" domain

Setup docker-router-proxy and run the: docker-router-proxy -domain=".dev"

Setup local Apache: ut should proxy all http/https requests to 0.0.0.0:9800

Install docker and docker-compose

Run the "docker-compose up" command in

Try to open the http://eermolaev.dev/ URI in your browser, it should run site located in your container
