Project cleanup, i18n log parsing, ACP scheduler log initial support

Sorry for bad english.

My name is Igor Dulevich.
I am a partner of Edward Popovitch, owner of ACP Expert automated observatory. The main problem of ACPLogAnalyzer for us was that russian (and I think any other localized
Windows) write initial and final string in log with localized date and time. One more problem is that ACP Scheduler logs mark targets in other way, then ACP logs. This request fix all problems (with some general project cleaning). Detailed:

1. My branch was forked from V8string, as I understand - the latest sources for ACPLogAnalyzer (Is it right?)
2. .gitignore duplicate to ACPLogAnalyzer subfolder, and now working well.
3. Project cleaned to "AnyCPU" architecture
4. Dependencies updated.
5. Some dependencies removed (and ALA working for me well).
6. Fixed log reading, now with default Windows encoding (and manually configurable too).
7. DateTime in log parsing fixed, now with default Windows culture (and manually configurable too).
8. ACPS (Scheduler, Expert) initial support added. Now support detection of targets in ACPS logs.
