Add unstable_features, group_imports (StdExternalCrate), imports_granularity (Module), and use_field_init_shorthand.
Reformat code with updated rustfmt.toml: group imports by std/external/crate and rewrap comments to 80 columns.
Add AGENTS.md with project overview, architecture, commands, conventions, elevated care zones, and git/changelog guidelines.

Summary
Add Makefile, update CI to use Makefile targets with inline jobs on
corerunners, update rustfmt.toml with import grouping and field init shorthand, apply formatting, and add AGENTS.md with CLAUDE.md as a symlink. Fixes a pre-existing broken doc link toSponge::absorbinerror.rs.
