Integrate react app to milo with cursor

• Add a comprehensive guide (integration-guide.md) for integrating React applications into Milo by converting components to Preact/HTM blocks.
• Introduce a new example block (react-example) demonstrating a React-like Task Manager and Dashboard using Milo's Preact/HTM setup.
• Provide a CLI workflow script (react-integration-workflow.js) to assist in creating new blocks and analyzing React components for conversion.
