Release chart v25.3.8: bump
version,appVersion, and the shared image tag, and finalize the config-table and the Upgrading migration notes. This is the single version bump for the whole set — merge it last so chart-releaser publishes one v25.3.8.Merge note: when the observability and validation PRs both land,
values.yamlconflicts where both insert a top-level block beforeglobal:— resolve by keeping all blocks.Stacked on
feat-acl-bootstrap-and-validation; rebase onto the finalmainbefore merging.Part of splitting #140 into per-area PRs. The merge of all split PRs reproduces #140's tree byte-for-byte. #140 is being closed as superseded.
