Roadmap for Dec 2021 (and maybe Jan 2022):
- state management (local file)
- plugin management (release binaries to GitHub releases, download plugins from GitHub releases to local dir in an upsert way)
- complete each plugin (reinstall, uninstall)
- documentation for each plugin
- GitHub Actions plugin: supports other languages (NodeJS, Python, etc.) with a standard workflow from https://github.com/actions

- GitLab CI (lake already supports it)
- Jira board (lake already supports it)
- Jenkins plugin (install in k8s; lake already supports it)
