Adds methods in the mockup base to allow for loading in plugins and workflows form external libraries. This will enable test solutions to sit alongside separate plugin and custom workflow solutions on a build server and to point the test solution at a folder that contains several libraries, which can then dynamically be loaded in and mocked. I also added an example in the unittestbase class.
