chore: bump breeze to 6.2.1

Using Debian's breeze 6.2.1 as reference, with WITH_DECORATION disabled for now.

Heads up:

1. KDecoration is disabled, which means kwin-style-breeze won't actually work (we don't have a functional kwin for now anyway)
2. libkf6style-dev doesn't seems to be necessary to build this package
