Adds Angular 21 support docs as well as documentation on
cypress/angular-zoneless. This includes deprecating theautoSpyOutputsandautoDetectChangesoptions provided in the mount handler as we will be removing these when we mergecypress/angular-zonelessupstream in Cypress 16.depends on
