I had thought a keyvalues parser would be enough, but to handle shader fallbacks and material proxies it will be a lot cleaner to make a new library

I'm writing a .map to .vmt converter, and was wondering what the status of this PR is at the moment.
Is it usable in its current state?

Hey @heysokam , do you mean .map to .vmf? In that case kvpp should work fine

Yes, .map from quake3 with valve220 format
and sorry for the typo, target is .vmf indeed.
