Have been seeing this and convinced it's macOS only for now. Will file an issue in conformance repo after checking a bit more that it's not an issue with the client - the wiki linked specifically calls out OS-specific behavior which matches what we're seeing though. From what I could tell, other repos only run conformance tests on Linux and wouldn't have run into it.
