A number of links have wound up as file:// internal links pointing to the contributors home directory. Because those links don't work when viewed online this commit updates them to point at the manuals website.

Thanks for this. I've known about it but haven't had the time to address it. They really need to be relative RST links, not hard coded. I'll sort that soon, but I'm not going to merge this one. I will leave it open though, to remind me of the need to finally fix this. |
