Description

This PR updates the Java version and dependencies, adds new tasks and configurations for publishing and signing, and updates the Gradle wrapper and scripts.

Changes

• Updated the Java version from 1.7.0 to 1.8.0
• Updated the dependencies to use the latest versions of the Jackson libraries
• Added a new task for generating Javadoc with failOnError set to false
• Added configurations for publishing to Maven Central using the sonatype-central-upload plugin
• Updated the Gradle wrapper to use version 8.14.3
• Updated the Gradle scripts to use the new Gradle wrapper and classpath configurations
• Added a new project name to the settings.gradle file
• Updated the Java code to use the new @OverRide annotation syntax
• Updated the Java code to use the new lambda syntax for adding headers
