With the v2 experiment removed, the v1 indirection no longer serves a purpose. Move Backdrop, MotifArea, useBackdrop, useBackgroundFile, useMotifAreaState and their specs directly into frontend/.
The frontend v2 experiment has been removed from the JS side. Clean up the corresponding Ruby feature registration, seed data lambda, SSR media query generation, translations and specs. REDMINE-21261
