• Docs (stage_descriptions/listing-partitions-01-yk1.md):
  • Add recap of ApiVersions and specify adding DescribeTopicPartitions to the ApiVersions response.
  • Provide exact api_keys requirements and a hex-encoded example response.
  • Clarify tester invocation and validation criteria (message_size, correlation_id, error_code, required API keys and version bounds).
  • Streamline notes to emphasize including ApiVersions and deferring actual DescribeTopicPartitions handling.
