updates to built-in toolbar icons

A few icon updates.

Is the "audio disabled" icon even working? When is the last time it worked, and how do you trigger it?

In CMainFrame::CheckSelectedAudioStream() it sets the audio icon in statusbar (which is hidden if audio details is shown).
It could use that info for setting toolbar icon state.

It would be nice if the subtitle track (CC) icon was a bit bigger and the audio track icon a bit smaller, so that the toolbar becomes more well balanced.

I went back to 2012 and couldn't finding how it was triggered. I could swear I've seen it work before.

I'll take a look at that later. As far as I can tell, the code currently doesn't support using the icon.
