The Crop and Gravity feature is now available by default.

Approach

  • Keeping the cloudinary_enable_crop_and_gravity_control hook
  • Ensuring the feature is available in the Edit Media and Cloudinary Image Settings

QA notes

  1. Go to edit a Media file.
  2. That panel should be visible:

  1. Activate it for the specific media file.
  2. Add some Crop and Gravity controls for that media.
  3. Use wp_get_attachment_image to render the image size with the custom crop and gravity controls.
  4. Use another size with the same image, the custom ones shouldn't be available.
  5. Go to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=cloudinary_image_settings and inside the Crop and Gravity controls panel set some global controls for an image size:

  1. Follow the 5 - 7 steps.
