Fixes #10

Use bearer token in order to authenticate to DCM
Download version.txt file from DCM
Download deb files from DCM

I set this as default, probably should be optional

Requires Use DCM as dmon fileserver versx/DeviceConfigManager#103

On my todo list but I've been busy the last two weeks. I will likely rewrite this so users can use DCM or static webserver.
