…endoring The previous commit pointed extraRegistries at the crates.io index URL to work around a transient 403 from crates.io/api/v1 for the freshly published transcribe-cpp 0.2.3. But importCargoLock always emits [source.crates-io] in the vendor config and adds a separate [source."<url>"] block per extraRegistries entry; cargo treats the crates.io index URL as the crates-io registry, so this always fails with "source ... defines source registry `crates-io`, but that source is already defined". The 403 was just publish propagation delay — the crate now downloads fine from the default endpoint. Reverts 985bd54.
